After finishing her degree in Marketing, Ana Moura decided to continue her studies and this time she found her true passion – Cooking.
She began in a fine and michelin star restaurant in Lisbon and later, with her chef’s recommendation, she was catapulted into one of the world’s culinary epicenters – San Sebastian.
Today, at age 31, she creates from the very beginning her own concept and her success in Lisbon with the Cave 23.
